Roseville Precision Inc. is a growing precision sheet metal fabrication company looking for a dependable, hands-on Production Supervisor to help lead daily shop operations and keep production moving safely, accurately, and on schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activity on the shop floor.
- Help coordinate workflow between laser, punch, press brake, welding, hardware, powder coat, assembly, and shipping.
- Monitor job priorities, schedules, due dates, and production status.
- Work with leads, operators, quality, engineering, purchasing, scheduling, and management to resolve issues.
- Make sure employees are following job travelers, drawings, work instructions, and company procedures.
- Help identify material shortages, quality concerns, bottlenecks, and production delays.
- Coach employees, support training, and help maintain accountability throughout the shift.
- Promote a safe, clean, respectful, and productive work environment.
- Ensure safety rules and PPE requirements are followed.
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing supervisory or lead experience preferred.
- Sheet metal fabrication experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to read job travelers, drawings, work instructions, and production schedules.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead employees in a fast-paced job shop environment.
- Basic computer skills required.
- JobBOSS/E2 experience is a plus.
- Must be dependable, safety-minded, and able to lead by example.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the shop.
- Ability to work around machinery, forklifts, noise, and normal manufacturing activity.
- Must be able to wear required PPE.
Shifts:
- Day Shift 6:00 AM to 2:40 PM. Monday thru Friday.
